You don’t need a big porch or a full makeover to enjoy the season. We can start with pieces you already own and add only what you love. The prices below cover planning, local travel, and my time; new décor and plants are separate and yours to keep.

15 minutes • 5 digital photos

A relaxed seasonal mini photo session with Mandy. I’m not a professional photographer, but I love taking pictures and having fun with families. Think a seasonal setting, a little laughter, and pictures of the people you love—from spring and summer to fall and Christmas.

Location, available dates, and delivery timing confirmed before booking

A $37.50 deposit reserves a confirmed session; the remaining $37.50 is due at the session. Sessions at your home, extra time, or larger groups are quoted separately. Porch styling, new décor, and printed photos are not included.

Clear costs before we begin

Your budget is part of the plan.

You can use everything you already own. If you want new pieces, we agree on a spending limit before anything is purchased.

Shopping, extra time & deposit details

If we buy anything

You can pay the store directly and keep the receipt. There is no product markup in that case.
If I purchase approved items for you, I charge the receipt cost plus 15% for purchasing and handling, with a $15 minimum. I’ll show you the receipts.
No purchases above the budget you approve. Special orders or large items are quoted before ordering.

Time and travel

Service prices include normal travel within Statesville, Troutman, and Mooresville.
For an address outside those towns, I’ll tell you any travel charge before you book.
Extra time is $65 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments only with your approval.
A 50% service deposit reserves your visit. If I’m buying products, the approved product budget is paid before I shop; remaining service balance is due at the visit.

What could a seasonal welcome cost?

Style What You Have ($175) + $100 in new pieces you buy directly = $275 total. You can spend less, more, or nothing on new décor. We agree on your plan first.

The heart behind Peppermint Porches

Everyone deserves a little joy.

I’m Mandy, and I love the way a few beautiful things can brighten someone’s day. My hope for Peppermint Porches is to help more people enjoy that feeling—whether it’s a little front step, a bigger seasonal display, or a photo with the people they love.

I’m building this for my family, with a heart for yours. I want to offer thoughtful choices for different budgets, use what you already have whenever we can, and help you make memories without feeling like you have to do everything.

My heart is in the little things: a welcoming place to come home to, a reason to pause and enjoy the season, and a moment that makes someone feel cared for. You don’t need a perfect home or a big budget to deserve something beautiful.

A heart for giving back

As a veteran, supporting those who have served is personal to me. Helping people living with multiple sclerosis is close to my heart, too. As Peppermint Porches grows, my goal is to set aside part of the profit to support these causes while building a business that provides for my family.

I’m still choosing the organizations and working out a giving plan I can sustain. No charity partnership or purchase-based donation program is currently in place. When the details are ready, I’ll share who we support and how our giving works.
